1. Terms of use

This website is operated by REVOL Real Estate & Financial (“REVOL”, “we”, “us”), 1850 York Road, Suite I, Timonium, Maryland 21093. By accessing or using this website you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to: attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems; interfere with the site’s operation; scrape, harvest or reproduce content in bulk; submit false, misleading or third-party information without authorisation; or use any information obtained here to send unsolicited commercial communications.

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or to any REVOL service at any time and without notice, including where we believe these terms have been breached.

2. Brokerage & licensing

REVOL Real Estate & Financial is a licensed real estate brokerage. Real estate brokerage services are offered in Maryland, Washington DC, Delaware and Pennsylvania, subject to applicable state licensing law. Licence numbers and the responsible broker of record for each jurisdiction are available on request and are provided in writing before any independent contractor agreement is signed.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to buy or sell real property, a solicitation of a listing, or an offer to represent you in any real estate transaction. Property information, market averages and commission rates referenced on this site are illustrative and may not reflect your market, price point or transaction. Commissions are not set by law and are fully negotiable between a client and their brokerage.

3. Income disclaimer

Every income figure, projection, calculator output, example and comparison on this website is an estimate for illustration only. It is not a guarantee, promise or representation of earnings, and no income is promised or guaranteed.

• The income calculator and all example scenarios assume a $400,000 average sale price at a 2.5% commission rate, producing approximately $10,000 gross commission income per closing. Your actual average sale price, commission rate and net proceeds will differ.
• Lead-programme projections (illustrated at +50% additional closings on Launch and +35% on Growth) are structural projections, not commitments. Actual lead allocation depends on lead availability, your plan, your certification status, your responsiveness and your close rate. Participation is capped at approximately 20–25% of the brokerage and requires a sustained 30–40% close rate.
• Insurance projections assume approximately 85% annual policy retention and an average producer commission of approximately $450 per household per year. Actual commissions vary by carrier, product, state, premium and your agreement with the carrier or agency.
• Competitor and “typical industry” comparisons use commonly observed splits and fee structures for illustration. They are not statements about any specific brokerage. Verify current terms directly with any brokerage you are considering.
• All figures are gross and are shown before taxes, business expenses, licensing costs, association and MLS dues, insurance, marketing spend and any other cost of doing business.

Individual results depend on individual effort, skill, experience, market conditions and factors outside anyone’s control. Agent statements shown on this site reflect individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed results.

4. Recruiting & independent contractor status

REVOL agents are independent contractors, not employees. Nothing on this website is an offer of employment, and no employment relationship is created by attending a webinar, booking a session, using the calculator or submitting a form.

Any affiliation with REVOL is governed solely by a written independent contractor agreement and the commission plan schedule in effect when that agreement is signed. Where this website and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement controls.

Plan terms summarised on this site — including splits, monthly fees, per-closing fees, the $15,000 annual company-dollar cap on Launch and Growth, the 50/50 company-lead split, the $595 broker administrative fee charged at settlement and the optional $75/month technology package — are current as of the date shown above and may change. Plan changes take effect with 30 days’ notice, and compensation locks to the plan in effect when a contract is signed.

If you are currently affiliated with another brokerage, you are responsible for your own obligations to that brokerage, including any notice, non-solicitation or pipeline provisions in your existing agreement. REVOL does not encourage or induce any person to breach an existing agreement.

5. Insurance disclosures

Insurance products referenced on this site are offered through REVOL’s affiliated insurance agency and appointed carriers. Availability, products, commission rates and carrier appointments vary by state, by product and by individual producer agreement, and are subject to carrier underwriting and appointment approval.

Selling insurance requires an active insurance producer licence in the applicable state. Referral compensation described on this site is paid only where permitted by applicable state insurance law and by federal law, including the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA). REVOL does not condition any real estate compensation, lead allocation, split or benefit on an agent’s use of, or referral to, any affiliated title, mortgage or insurance service, and no client is ever required to use an affiliated provider.

Carrier names shown on this site indicate appointments available through the agency and do not imply endorsement of REVOL by any carrier.

6. Privacy policy

This privacy policy explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Information you give us. Name, email address, phone number, preferred webinar day, and anything else you enter into a form, booking calendar or webinar registration.
• Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, time on page, and campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, gclid, fbclid and li_fat_id. These are stored in your browser for the duration of your session so that we can attribute an inquiry to the campaign it came from.
• Information from advertising and analytics partners. Aggregate or pseudonymous measurement data from Google, Meta and LinkedIn as described in section 8.

Why we use it

• To contact you about the REVOL opportunity, including scheduling and delivering the private webinar or one-on-one session you requested.
• To answer your questions and to prepare an income projection at your request.
• To measure which marketing campaigns produce inquiries, and to improve this website.
• To meet our legal, regulatory and recordkeeping obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other brokerages. Your current brokerage will not be told that you contacted us. We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract — our CRM and scheduling platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), our email and SMS delivery providers, our web host, and our analytics and advertising platforms as described in section 8 — and where required by law, subpoena or regulatory request, or to protect the rights or safety of any person.

How long we keep it

We retain inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and to meet our recordkeeping obligations, and then delete or de-identify them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, delete or stop using your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time — email admin@revolhomes.com or call 443.244.0155. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right to know what we collect, to request deletion or correction, to receive a portable copy, to opt out of targeted advertising or any sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We honour Global Privacy Control signals where required. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Security and children

We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. This website is intended for real estate professionals and adults, and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16; if you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. SMS & calling consent

When you tick the consent box on a form, you agree to receive calls, text messages and emails from REVOL Real Estate & Financial at the phone number and email address you provide, including messages delivered by automatic telephone dialling system, prerecorded or artificial voice, or automated text.

• Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. You can reach us without agreeing to automated contact by calling 443.244.0155.
• What we send. Webinar confirmations and reminders, appointment confirmations, replies to your questions, and occasional recruiting information about REVOL plans and programmes.
• Frequency. Message frequency varies. Expect a small number of messages per month unless you are actively scheduling with us.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Opt out. Reply STOP to any text message to stop all further texts, or reply HELP for help. You may also email admin@revolhomes.com or ask us on any call. We honour opt-out requests promptly.
• Mobile data is never sold. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

8. Cookies & tracking

This website uses cookies and similar technologies for three purposes: to make the site work, to measure how it is used, and to measure and improve our advertising.

• Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads — measures site usage and records when an inquiry results from a Google Ads campaign. See Google’s privacy policy and its ad settings controls.
• Meta Pixel — measures results from Facebook and Instagram campaigns and supports remarketing audiences.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag — measures results from LinkedIn campaigns and supports matched audiences.
• Session storage — we store your campaign parameters and referring page in your browser for the duration of your visit so an inquiry can be attributed to its source.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of personalised advertising through each platform’s own controls, and use the Digital Advertising Alliance or Network Advertising Initiative opt-out tools. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of this site function.

9. Testimonials & endorsements

Agent statements published on this site are from real REVOL agents and reflect their individual experience at the time given. Names are abbreviated at the agents’ request. These statements are not representative of what any other agent will earn or experience, and no agent was paid for a statement. Results shown alongside a statement are that individual’s results, not typical results.

10. Intellectual property

The REVOL name and logo, this website’s design, text, graphics, calculators and code are owned by REVOL Real Estate & Financial or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, frame, scrape or create derivative works from this site without our prior written permission. Third-party names, logos and trademarks referenced on this site — including platform, carrier and brokerage names — are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only; their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

11. Fair housing & equal opportunity

If you believe you have experienced housing discrimination, you may file a complaint with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development or with your state or local fair housing agency.

12. Accessibility

REVOL is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our standard: text and background colours are chosen to meet contrast requirements, every interactive control is reachable by keyboard and has a visible focus indicator, images carry descriptive alternative text, forms use associated labels, and motion is reduced automatically for visitors whose systems request it.

13. Third-party services & links

Parts of this site rely on third-party services, including a GoHighLevel booking calendar, Zoom for webinars, Google Fonts, and a charting library delivered from a public CDN. Those providers have their own terms and privacy policies, which govern their handling of your information.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, security or privacy practices of any third-party site or service.

14. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

This website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that calculator outputs, market averages or projections are accurate or applicable to your circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REVOL Real Estate & Financial and its owners, officers, agents and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost income, lost business opportunity or lost data, arising out of or relating to your use of this website or reliance on its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to this website will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold REVOL harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of this website or your breach of these terms.

15. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this website or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Baltimore County, Maryland, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. This section does not govern disputes arising under a signed independent contractor agreement, which are handled under the dispute provisions of that agreement.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

16. Changes & contact

We may update these terms and policies from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and material changes take effect when posted. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
